This is an additional service commissioned by the Barnsley Healthcare Federation to compliment existing GP services within the Barnsley area. It will run alongside and will not reduce their capacity.

Your health record is held at the GP practice you are registered with. Through a technology gateway, i-HEART Barnsley GPs have been given access to your health record which they will only access if they are directly involved in your care.
